What we collect

• Account email and authentication data when you sign up or sign in.
• SEO Dispatch can read Search Console properties and performance data and, only when you choose Add to Search Console, register a property. It cannot edit your website or verify ownership for you.
• Site crawl data for URLs on properties you manage, including page metadata, links, and technical signals used for audits.
• Public audit URLs, summary scores, and finding labels. Public audit reports expire after 30 days. We do not retain fetched page bodies, response headers, source maps, exposed environment values, or discovered secrets in public reports.
• AI usage logs (prompt metadata and token spend) when you explicitly request a profile, draft, article, or implementation guide.
• Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription IDs). We do not store card numbers on our servers.

How we use data

We use your data to provide site audits, ranked fix queues, content briefs, verification, and workspace reporting. We do not sell your Search Console or crawl data.

Processors

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe — subscription billing and customer portal.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Your configured AI provider — draft and guide generation.

Retention

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, access pauses but data remains until you request deletion or we remove it per our data retention schedule. Anonymous public audit reports expire after 30 days, and successful host results may be reused for up to 24 hours to reduce repeated crawling.

Your choices

You can disconnect Google Search Console, cancel your subscription via the Stripe customer portal, and request account deletion by contacting support.
